AZ Candidate For US Congress Andy Tobin Obamacare happy 4th birthday!

Fellow Arizonan,

This weekend marks a grim anniversary.  Four years ago, President Obama signed ObamaCare into law.

We have felt the crushing effects already, even with Obama delaying most portions of the law for political purposes.

I am fighting against this law every day, and I am asking you to stand with me by donating $40 to my campaign.

I am fighting for every person who has had their insurance cancelled, for every senior who will see devastating cuts to Medicare, and for every family who will pay more for a lower quality of care.

Thank you for your time, and your support.

Please take a few minutes right now to donate to the campaign.

Thank You!

US Judge Rules AZ Can Require Proof of Citizenship

US Judge Allows Arizona to Require Proof of Citizenship
on Federal Voter Registration Forms

As a supporter of election integrity on all fronts - whether exposing dark money or ensuring that every citizen's vote counts, I applaud US District Judge Eric Melgren in Topeka for ruling in favor of Arizona and Kansas in their suit against the Federal Election Assistance Commission.

Voting and helping set the course of our country's future are rights that belong to all US citizens. Far too long have we watched as illegal aliens and undocumented residents turn out at the polls to help further a cause. I appreciate their desire to influence our government through voting. However, until they follow the paths already in place to secure US citizenship, they do not have the right to vote in our elections.

This is a significant victory for state's rights as we watch our federal government virtually slide by, doing little or nothing to secure our border or solve the problem of illegal immigration. This ruling is an important step in the right direction to allow states to determine whether someone attempting to register to vote has documentation to PROVE their US citizenship.

Thank you.

AZ Candidate For Governor Mayor Scott Smith Higher Education Standards and Expectations

Smith For Governor
Higher Education Standards and Expectations
The push for higher education standards began in the states. These standards give more local control to communities while establishing higher educational expectations for our children. Education is the key to Arizona's economic prosperity. I will continue to support higher education standards for our children. It's why companies like Apple are coming to Arizona.
History of Developing Higher Education Standards
Scott Smith is the ONLY candidate for Governor that supports Governor Brewer's higher education standards for our children.
Conservative Leadership. Proven Results. Join the Team!

Arizona at A Crossroads Vernon Parker Candidate For AZ Corporation Commission

Why I am Running for the Arizona Corporation Commissio
I am convinced that our state is at a crossroads when it comes to energy issues. Since nothing is more important to our future, I have decided to declare my candidacy for the Arizona Corporation Commission. I am running for the Corporation Commission for TWO reasons.
  1.  want to defend the ratepayer against special interest groups who may be more concerned about their profit than they are about you — the ratepayer. You will always be my top priority. We all witnessed the special interest groups in our state spend millions of dollars recently in an attempt to influence the Commission to benefit them at the expense of Arizona ratepayers. I give you my word that I will do everything in my power to limit the influence of special interest groups and maximize the influence of the ratepayer.
  2.
  3. I want to insure that Arizona has dependable and affordable energy for generations to come. We have led the nation in this regard for decades but we shouldn't take it for granted. My job as your representative on the Corporation Commission will be to make sure Arizona remains one of the best "energy" states in the country.
I hope that you will join my fight to protect the ratepayer by supporting my campaign.
The Corporation Commission is, in my opinion, the only office where it makes sense to accept Arizona's public financing system for campaigns by utalizing Clean Elections. Because the Corporation Commission is a regulatory body, Clean Elections is an effective way to keep special interests from inappropriately influencing the Commission. That's why I am running as a Clean Elections candidate.
Clean Election law allows me to collect $24,405 of seed money. This can be raised by individuals and can only be up to $160 per person. For example, a husband and wife are allowed to contribute up to $320. Once I raise all of my seed money, I will be collecting thousands of $5 contributions and thousands of petition signatures so we can qualify for funding and the ballot.
Right now, I respectfully ask you to click the link below and donate up to $160 per person in your household toward my seed money AND forward this email to others that might be able to join our campaign. Once we raise our initial seed money, we will have the resources we need to get our message of protecting the ratepayer to the voters of Arizona. Thanks so much for continued support,

Vernon Parker

Candidate For AZ SOS Wil Cardon Commends Federal Court Ruling On Verifiying Voter Citizenship

Ruling Is An Important Step in Protecting Election Integrity in Arizona

(Mesa, AZ)   Wil Cardon today commended a recent federal court ruling that allowed Arizona and other states to require individuals to show proof of citizenship when registering to vote.

"I commend Judge Melgren for ruling in favor of protecting the integrity of our elections. Requiring individuals to prove they are citizens before they can vote is a common sense measure that protects our election system from fraud and abuse. A fair and transparent election system that is free of fraud is essential to the survival of our Republic and that is why protecting election integrity will be one of my top priorities as Arizona's next Secretary of State," said Wil Cardon.

"I also want to thank our current Secretary of State Ken Bennett, Attorney General Tom Horne, and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach for their hard work on this important issue. They should be congratulated for their success in addition to their willingness to stand up to the far left and fight for an essential tool in the battle against voter fraud," concluded Cardon.

AZ Andy Tobin Candidate for US Congress Asks: Have a gun? Have a doctor?

Last week, Obama’s nominee for U.S. Surgeon General was a doctor that wanted to keep a registry of guns that you own! Dr. Vivek Hallegere Murthy is the President and founder of Doctors for America. In 2008, this organization was called “Doctors for Obama.” Had he been confirmed, he would have pushed your doctor to keep a registry of your guns. Our voices were heard! We must remain vigilant in our fight to protect the 2nd Amendment.

This is just another example of Obama’s pen and phone at work. Arizona won't be fooled. As you know, I voted for Arizona’s concealed carry law and I have a 100% ‘A’ Rating from the National Rifle Association. I have fought to protect Arizona’s 2nd Amendment freedoms and I don’t plan on giving up anytime soon.

This is a fight in which Kirkpatrick will not represent our conservative values. I have and will. Help us send a clear message to Kirkpatrick and Pelosi that Arizona will not be fooled. We’re trying to raise $5173 by the end of the day. Please click the donate button below to send $9, $19, $29 or $299. We need your help!
