It all comes down to the last week, and the negative campaigning is worse than EVER!
This election all comes down
to our final push in the next 7 days. To win on Election Day, I need you with me
now more than ever!
The positive response to my campaign from all parts of
our city has been incredible. Because of our momentum and ability to win, my
opponents and their dark-money special-interest allies are spending tens of
thousands of dollars attacking me. They attacked my successful campaign last
fall to save Scottsdale voters a third-of-a-billion dollars in property taxes.
They attacked the support for my campaign from the police and firefighters who
keep Scottsdale residents safe. They attacked my commitment to be your
Councilmember who not only listens to you, but advocates for you at City
Hall. And just today I found out they are sending out another hit-piece mailer
falsely claiming I oppose economic growth and private property rights.
They can’t win on their own merits so they have to lie to try to keep me
off the City Council.
Their attacks confirm my momentum! If their polling didn't show me in a position to win then they would not be spending all this dark money to try to defeat me.

help if I am to win this election.
First and foremost I need your vote – if you have not already done so, please
mark your early ballot for me and mail it back today.
The other thing you
can do to help is to spread the word about my positive campaign to be Your
Voice On Council. Please ask your friends and neighbors to vote for me.
A recommendation from a trusted friend or relative is worth far more than any
mailer or robocall. Email your contacts and let them know why they should
vote for me.
Then, post that email to your Facebook, Twitter or other social media accounts.

If
you’ve been following what’s happening in our race the past week this news
should come as no surprise to you. The Democrats have been throwing everything
under the sun out there about Andy—they have to—they can’t talk about Ann Kirkpatrick’s support of Obamacare, her vote to shut down
the government and her failure to fight for Arizona values.
On
Monday, the US Chamber of Commerce—the nation’s largest pro-business
organization—endorsed Andy’s campaign for congress. The US Chamber has been
fighting the Obama-Kirkpatrick agenda on everything from energy independence to
reducing regulations that kill jobs.
Later
in the week, Andy received the endorsement of Arizona Right to Life—Arizona’s
largest pro-life organization.
You
can see why they’d be scared! Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and DC Democrats
know that Andy Tobin is the only candidate who can defeat
Ann Kirkpatrick in November.
But
the Democrats are doubling down after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars
to attack Andy, Nancy Pelosi and her liberal friends are raising even more money
for Ann’s campaign. While Ann is hobnobbing with liberal mega-donors in
California, Arizonan’s are still struggling to get the federal
government off their back.
It’s
pretty clear where Ann’s priorities lie—with Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and
Washington Democrats, not Arizona. That’s why she voted to
protect Obamacare, shutdown the government and cut Medicare.
With
the Republican Primary fast approaching on August 26th, , we need your help to push us through to the
general election and retire Ann Kirkpatrick from Congress once and for all.

Can you believe it? The election is racing towards the end and we
are definitely in the final stretch!
We cannot thank you enough for all of your support, help,
and amazing efforts on behalf of our campaigns - Elect Jeff Schwartz for AZ
Senate and Vote Effie Carlson for AZ House of Representatives.
Together, we know we can make a difference for Legislative District 23 and all
of Arizona's citizens.
As a final push forward, we are asking for your help on Election
Day. We need supporters at polling locations in LD23. We are asking for
at least one 3-hour shift, but would be very grateful for as much time you can
donate as possible! Once at the polling location, we ask that you simply hand
out information on both Jeff and Effie to each voter (we will provide everything
you need!). This simple step may make the difference in a person's vote and will
definitely showcase the great support that we have in the district.

polling location. For those individuals taking the final shift, we kindly ask

the election.

very close! Literally, one vote could make the difference for both
