Presidential candidate Carly Fiorina
will kickoff the 38th Biennial Convention of the National Federation of Republican Women in Phoenix,
Arizona. Fiorina will speak at the gala opening reception on Friday, September
11. Fiorina, who announced her candidacy on May 5, is the former CEO of Hewlett
