The MCRC Bylaws are very specific as to the MCRC duties and it doesn't include resolutions or votes of no confidence or create negativity at every meeting. Nor does it include supporting or endorsing a particular candidate.
at 6:45 am Sat., Jan 23 to gather petition signatures necessary to take the “Anyone BUT John McCain” resolution and a “Censure AZGOP Chairman Robert Graham” resolution ( See briefs for both full resolutions) to the floor during the AZGOP State Committeeman Mandatory meeting scheduled at the Grace Community Church, 1200 East Southern Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85282. Petitions will be gathered in the parking lot prior to the opening of the meeting. 320 state committeemen signatures from at least four (4) counties are required to take the resolutions to the floor.
