STATEMENT FROM SECRETARY REAGAN ON MARICOPA COUNTY
SPECIAL ELECTION BALLOT ERROR
“Earlier today, I was frustrated and disappointed to learn
that there was an error within the Spanish text of Proposition 124’s heading on
Maricopa County’s Special Election ballot,” said Secretary Reagan. However,
we’re pleased that Maricopa County has agreed to reprint 700,000 polling place
ballots and send a postcard notifying voters as to the error to 1.3 million
voters who received an early ballot. For more information about the
propositions voters should review the Publicity Pamphlet they received at home
or on www.Arizona.Vote.”
