"He talks about a strategy called 'search and reapply,' that he credits to Procter and Gamble, where he worked before coming to Cold Stone... Specifically, he said he would like to move toward an income tax model like the one in Tennessee, Florida and Texas, states with no income tax. He would like to create a business friendly environment to draw people away from California, which he believes has terrible taxation policies, in the same way that he sees Indiana drawing businesses away from Illinois."
The federal government's regulatory
overreach in Nevada is appalling. Cliven Bundy is a rancher just outside of Las
Vegas, Nevada who is the latest victim of overbearing government regulations.
Despite his family grazing their cattle on public land for over 100 years, he is
in debt to the Nevada Bureau of Land Management to the tune of $1 Million. Now
his cattle are being impounded and his ranch is surrounded by armed federal
agents.
In Nevada, the overregulation problem
right now is about cattle and grazing rights. In Arizona it’s also about
forestry. Folks are constantly telling me about the Arizona logging industry’s
inability to harvest trees due to government regulation. Our forests provide
fuel for under-producing power stations and good land management helps prevent
the kind of forest fires that have devastated rural Arizona-- costing lives and
homes. Radical environmentalists collude with the federal government to make it
impossible to utilize valuable Arizona resources and make our rural communities
safer.
It's my hope that Governor Sandoval will
do everything in his power to ensure that the constitutional rights of Mr. Bundy
and his family are not violated any further. I pray for a peaceful,
constitutional, and just conclusion to this egregious federal
overreach.
Sincerely,

This weekend is another great opportunity
to meet Andy, get to know many other Tobin supporters and help get our
conservative message out to communities in Pima and Pinal County! Andy has been
pounding the pavement in CD-01 harder than anyone!
You know that Andy has been fighting to
shield Arizonans from the effects of ObamaCare since 2008. You know that Andy
has cut your taxes, cut government spending and balanced the state budget. You
also know that Andy has made Arizona one of the freest states for 2nd Amendment
rights! Do your friends know?
This weekend is a great chance to help us
spread the word. Come out to one or all of the following events:

Do you ever sit and wonder how far Barack
Obama and his administration will go to violate the Constitution -- or push
crushing debts onto future generations -- or use the EPA or the IRS to pursue a
political agenda?
Nothing determines me to fight back more than
realizing just how much damage needs to be undone in Washington.
That's exactly why I'm glad to count you as
one of my allies in the fight to save our country.
You see, America has always been the land of
opportunity, but lately--after all the liberal big spenders have tried to pass
more and more waste into the federal budget--after how many times House
conservatives have rejected Obamacare only to see it stall in Harry Reid's
Senate--after Lois Lerner pulls stunt after stunt with Congress for her
political shenanigans serving Barack Obama's extreme agenda--I wonder if we are
going to have enough resources to take on the battles ahead.
At no time in our country's history has so
much been at risk. Obamacare alone will put us in more economic peril than any
other law on the federal books.
Just how much help is it going to
take?
Ask yourself what kind of operation you've
seen Barack Obama's political team build state-by-state across the country. Do
you think Republicans are prepared to build the grassroots mechanics the way
they need? Are we ready to go head-to-head in the ad wars of the 2014 election
and beyond?
It's that simple.
I need your help.
So please --- don't delay. We have a real
shot at winning some big seats this cycle. The Senate is up for grabs.
Conservatives will be working together to ensure we win every seat
possible.
Your help will make that possible. And, I'm
extremely grateful to count you as my
team.
