Why must we keep explaining to John McCain the Constitution is a

doubt? It was written to stand the test of time, to serve as a guide to
ensuring the freedoms of American citizens.
Technology has progressed significantly over the past 15 years. How is
an 80-year old man who admittedly does not even use email going to understand
the intricacies of cyber security?
