After receiving confirmation from the Crandell family, Senate
President Biggs, and The White Mountain Conservatives, I have combined their
information below for all of you, constituents, colleagues, and friends. You
are invited to join us in saying Good-Bye to our dear friend and a great
Arizonan.
Funeral Details are as follows:
Saturday, August 9th, at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Church in Heber1858 State Hwy. 260, on the corner of Hwy 260 and Mustang (the road that goes to the high school).
Viewing and reflection from 8:45 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
Owens Livingston Mortuary in Show Low is handling the funeral
arrangements. If you would like to send your personal condolences to the

mortuary's website to see if information regarding Sen. Crandell's funeral is
posted (as of this writing it is not); if it is, you could express your
condolences to the family on the website.
Gov. Jan Brewer has ordered flags in Arizona to be lowered to
half-staff until sunset Monday, August 11th, in honor of Sen. Crandell. Here's a

We are all deeply saddened by the loss of such a great statesman,
patriot, father, grandfather, gentleman and gentle man. Our deepest sympathies
go to Sen. Crandell's family and friends. His loss will be felt by all of
Arizona for a long, long time.
