Congressman John Shadegg Endorses Jeff Schwartz for AZ LD23 Senate!

CONGRESSMAN JOHN SHADEGG ENDORSES JEFF SCHWARTZ

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (August 8, 2014) ~ Adding to an impressive list of endorsements, Jeff Schwartz today announced that former Arizona Congressman John Shadegg, a strong conservative leader, has endorsed his candidacy. 

 "Arizona needs a generation of new conservative leaders and they will find one in Jeff Schwartz. A proven successful businessman with a history of volunteer service to his community, Jeff will bring a fresh perspective to the Senate and reject the failed policies brought to us by a professional politician," stated Shadegg. 

In response to the endorsement Schwartz expressed his appreciation and noted, "Having the endorsement of John Shadegg, an undisputed champion of the conservatives, is an honor.  Congressman Shadegg recognizes that for Arizona to thrive, we need sound policies to grow existing businesses and attract new businesses and first class educational opportunities for the children of the employers and employees who will broaden and build our tax base."

About Jeff:  raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Jeff came to Arizona to attend ASU. After graduation, he began a successful career in real estate development.  A cancer survivor, Jeff views life as a gift and enjoys every day. He has been active in the community as a youth sports coach, a mentor to his godsons, a die-hard Rugby player and outdoor enthusiast.

About John Shadegg: Congressman Shadegg served in the United States House of Representatives from 1994-2010.  During his tenure, he chaired both the House Republican Policy Committee and Republican Study Committee.  He currently practices law, is a Senior Fellow at the Goldwater Institute, Distinguished Fellow at Hillsdale College, and Visiting Distinguished Fellow at the Heritage Foundation.
